We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Repeated short-notice cancellations may require full pre-payment for future bookings.
The £30 consultation booking fee is fully credited against your first treatment if you proceed. The fee is non-refundable if you do not attend or cancel with less than 48 hours notice.
Peonella Group Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with UK GDPR. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to process your booking (Fresha booking platform).
