Our team includes a doctoral-level skin scientist (PhD in Biochemistry, former DMK medical adviser for three countries) and a clinically trained aesthetic practitioner with over 11 years of experience and a medical background. Everything you need to know before booking

What's the difference between the facials?
The Signature (75 min) is fully customised every visit — double cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, extractions, mask and SPF. The Express (45 min) delivers the same results faster. The Anti-Ageing adds specialist lifting and firming techniques.
Is microneedling painful?
A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment. Most clients describe mild pressure rather than pain. The Dermapen 4 is significantly more comfortable than older roller-based devices.
How long until I see results?
The Peonella Glow and LED deliver an immediate glow. Chemical peels and microneedling build results over 2–4 weeks as skin regenerates. A 2- or 3-session course delivers significant long-term improvement.
Is there any downtime?
Facials and LED have zero downtime — a lunchtime treatment. Superficial peels may cause light flaking for 2–3 days. Microneedling causes redness for 24–48 hours. We'll advise you fully at consultation.
Can I combine treatments?
Yes — our Signature Facial works well paired with LED therapy, and microneedling can be sequenced with DMK programmes. Many clients book laser hair removal and a facial in the same visit.
Are these treatments suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes — all our treatments are adapted to your skin type at each visit. We carry medical-grade products suited to sensitive and reactive skin. If in doubt, book a consultation and we'll advise the right starting point.
