Why do we charge for a consultation?

Our treatments are not one-size-fits-all. Before anything else, our specialist needs to assess your skin, understand your goals and make sure we recommend the right treatment for you — not just the most expensive one. The £30 fee is credited in full against your first treatment if you proceed.

A proper evaluation of your skin — not a sales pitch. We assess suitability, set realistic expectations and explain exactly what will happen.
Personalised plan
A written recommendation of which treatments to book, in what order, and what results you can realistically expect over time.
£30 credited back
If you proceed with any treatment, the £30 comes off your first booking — laser or beauty. If you don't, the assessment is yours to keep.
No consultation needed
All our beauty treatments are directly bookable online — the only exception is The Peonella Transformation (DMK 6), our most advanced bespoke programme. Your first session always includes a full skin assessment by Liudmyla.

What happens in your consultation
  • ✓ Fitzpatrick skin type assessment — we evaluate your skin tone and hair type to confirm suitability and determine the correct Candela settings for your skin.
  • ✓ Candela patch test — a small test area is treated to confirm your skin responds well to the laser. We then wait at least 24 hours before your first full treatment, giving your skin time to show any reaction. Your first treatment can be booked any time from the day after your consultation.
  • ✓ Treatment plan — which areas to treat, recommended session count, realistic results timeline and a clear per-session and course price.
  • ✓ Q&A with your specialist — prep requirements, what to expect during treatment, aftercare, and anything else you want to know before committing.

Most beauty treatments are directly bookable — Glow, Signature, Clear Skin, Even Tone, Calm Skin, microneedling, peels and LED. Your first session always includes a full skin assessment by Liudmyla. Only The Peonella Transformation (DMK 6) starts with a separate consultation.
What happens in your consultation
  • ✓ Skin concerns and goals discussion — we take time to understand what you want to achieve, how your skin has behaved in the past, and any previous treatments you've had.
  • ✓ Skin type and condition assessment — a hands-on evaluation of your skin's current condition, identifying concerns such as pigmentation, texture, dehydration or sensitivity.
  • ✓ Treatment recommendations — a clear plan covering which treatments are right for your skin — DMK programmes, injectables, microneedling, peels, LED — and in what order.
  • ✓ Personalised skincare plan — advice on your at-home routine to support and extend your in-clinic results between appointments.

Not sure which to choose? If you're interested in laser hair removal, choose Laser. For DMK programmes, injectables, microneedling, peels or skin concerns, choose Beauty. If you want both — start with either. We'll cover everything at the appointment and can book the other in at the same time.
