Profhilo by IBSA is a premium injectable skin booster built on patented NAHYCO Hybrid Technology — a stabilised blend of high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid. Injected at five precise points across the face, it spreads through the skin layers and gradually releases hydration over twenty-eight days, improving hydration, firmness and skin quality without changing facial shape.

It is not a filler. It doesn't add volume or change the shape of your face. It works on the skin's underlying quality — hydration, firmness, and fine-line depth.

Sessions take sixty minutes. The standard protocol is two sessions four weeks apart, with full visible result at six to eight weeks. Maintenance every six to nine months keeps the result holding.

Particularly useful for dehydration and dullness, early signs of ageing, loss of firmness in the lower face, crepey neck or hand skin, and post-laser or post-microneedling maintenance.

Profhilo — common questions

Will I look different?

Not in a "filler" way. Profhilo doesn't add volume or reshape — it makes your existing skin look healthier, more hydrated, and slightly firmer. Most people notice their skin looks "better" without being able to say why.

Why a course of 2?

The Profhilo protocol is designed around two doses, 4 weeks apart. The second session is what makes the result stick. Single sessions are useful as top-ups, but a first-time client should plan for a course.

What about the small bumps?

Profhilo is injected at specific points across the area. You'll see small visible bumps where it's deposited — these settle within about 6 hours. Most clients comfortably go back to work or out the same day.

Can I have it with other treatments?

Yes, but with timing rules. We typically space Profhilo at least 2 weeks before or after microneedling, peels, or DMK programmes. We plan all of this at consultation.

Am I a good candidate?

Most healthy adults aged 30+ are. We rule out pregnancy and breastfeeding, active skin infection, autoimmune flare, or known allergy to hyaluronic acid. Full screening at consultation.

Where can it be used?

Face, neck, décolletage and hands. The lower face and neck are the most common Profhilo areas. We'll discuss what's right for you at consultation.
