Stabilised hyaluronic acid for deep skin hydration and gradual quality improvement. £290 single, £550 course of 2 — consultation included.
Profhilo is a stabilised, slow-release form of hyaluronic acid — the molecule your skin naturally uses to hold water. Once injected, it spreads through the skin layers and gradually releases hydration over 28 days, stimulating your skin's own production of collagen and elastin as it goes.
It is not a filler. It does not add volume or change the shape of your face. It improves the skin's underlying quality — hydration, firmness, fine line depth — so you look like you, with healthier skin.
A purified, slow-release form of hyaluronic acid is injected just beneath the surface in a precise five-point pattern across the face.
The HA gradually spreads through the skin layers, drawing in water and triggering the natural production of new collagen and elastin.
Hydration, firmness and fine line depth improve over the weeks that follow. Two sessions four weeks apart, then maintenance every six to nine months.
All prices include consumables and aftercare. The £30 consultation fee is credited against your first treatment.
Real results from real profhilo clients. All photos used with written consent. Lighting and pose matched between shots.
Individual results vary. Injectable results build gradually — the photos above show the visible improvement at the end of the recommended course. Consultation determines whether you're a good candidate.
Reviews from real profhilo clients at Peonella, posted to Fresha and Google.
"Did the course of 2 before my 40th. My skin honestly looks lit-from-within now — I keep getting asked if I've changed my foundation."
"I was sceptical because I don't want a 'done' look. Liudmyla talked me through what it does and doesn't do. Result is just better skin — exactly what I wanted."
"On maintenance now after my course last year. The 3-month top-up keeps everything looking healthy and hydrated. Easy to fit in around work."
Not in a "filler" way. Profhilo doesn't add volume or reshape — it makes your existing skin look healthier, more hydrated, and slightly firmer. Most people notice their skin looks "better" without being able to say why.
The Profhilo protocol is designed around two doses, 4 weeks apart. The second session is what makes the result stick. Single sessions are useful as top-ups, but a first-time client should plan for a course.
Profhilo is injected at specific points across the area. You'll see small visible bumps where it's deposited — these settle within about 6 hours. Most clients comfortably go back to work or out the same day.
Yes, but with timing rules. We typically space Profhilo at least 2 weeks before or after microneedling, peels, or DMK programmes. We plan all of this at consultation.
Most healthy adults aged 30+ are. We rule out pregnancy and breastfeeding, active skin infection, autoimmune flare, or known allergy to hyaluronic acid. Full screening at consultation.
Face, neck, décolletage and hands. The lower face and neck are the most common Profhilo areas. We'll discuss what's right for you at consultation.
