Polynucleotides are purified DNA fragments injected into the dermis, where they act as biological signals that prompt fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin. They are not fillers — they don't add volume. They work on the quality and resilience of the skin itself. At Peonella we use Plinest by Mastelli, made with highly purified PN-HPT polynucleotides, and Plinest Eye for the delicate periocular area.

Purified polynucleotides are injected into the dermis, where they act as biological signals to the surrounding cells.
The signals stimulate fibroblast activity, reduce inflammation and trigger the skin's own regenerative pathways across the treated area.
Over four to six weeks the underlying skin structure repairs. Best results come from a course of three sessions spaced two to four weeks apart.
