Pharmaceutical-grade mesoestetic mesohyal cocktails for brightening, hydration and skin quality
Mesotherapy

Nutrients delivered at the source

We use mesoestetic, a pharmaceutical-grade Spanish cosmeceutical brand, and its mesohyal injectable range: hyaluronic-acid-based solutions with targeted actives such as vitamin C for brightening or pure hyaluronic acid for deep hydration. Your cocktail is selected after a skin assessment and delivered into the dermis through micro-injections by our doctoral-credentialled practitioner, matched to your concern rather than a one-size-fits-all glow injection.

It is not a filler. It works at the cellular level on skin quality, tone and hydration rather than adding volume.

Sessions take forty-five minutes. The mesococktail is delivered through fine needles across the target area. A course of four sessions is the standard protocol for brightening and tone; six sessions for problematic or dehydrated skin.

Particularly useful for dullness and surface dehydration, brightening and even tone, maintenance after a deeper treatment, and as the entry-level injectable for clients new to skin work. Compared with Profhilo and polynucleotides, it is a lower-price, lower-intensity entry point.

How it works
1
Custom cocktail

A bespoke blend of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids and minerals is matched to your skin's specific concerns at consultation.

2
Direct dermal delivery

The mix is delivered through fine needles into the dermis, bypassing the skin barrier that limits topical products. Nutrients reach the cells that need them.

3
Cumulative results

Skin tone, brightness and texture improve gradually across a course. Subtle individually, compounding across four or six sessions.

Mesotherapy — common questions

How is this different from Profhilo?

Profhilo is a single specific product injected at points across the face — a structured 2-session protocol. Mesotherapy is a tailored mix of ingredients delivered across the dermis in a course of 4 or 6 sessions. Lower per-session price, more cumulative.

Course of 4 or 6 — which should I choose?

Course of 4 suits maintenance, mild dullness, glow boost — the default for most clients. Course of 6 suits visibly dehydrated, post-summer-damaged, or genuinely problematic skin. We'll recommend at consultation.

Does it hurt?

Less than Profhilo or polynucleotides — the injections are smaller and shallower. Most clients find it a light pricking sensation. Topical numbing is available.

Will I see results after one session?

A bit — usually an immediate plumpness and glow from hydration. But mesotherapy is a course treatment, designed for cumulative effect. The full result is seen at the end of the course.

What's in the mesococktail?

A mix of hyaluronic acid, vitamins (C, B-complex), amino acids, and minerals. The specific blend is matched to your skin concern at consultation — for example, more brightening ingredients for pigmentation, more hydrating for dehydration.

Can I combine it with other treatments?

Yes — mesotherapy combines well with DMK programmes and microneedling. We'll plan the sequence at consultation so each treatment has time to work.
